Leadership Development Forum. Centerpoint presents a two month program for supervisors and managers to develop and apply new leadership skills. The program includes a comprehensive assessment process including 360 degree feedback and online personality inventories. There are four experiential workshops and four hours of individual coaching from the Centerpoint facilitators.
