Leadership Development Forum
A six-month cohort program for supervisors, managers & directors to improve self-management and increase their influence on team members. Our structured approach includes a gap analysis, goal-setting, and “trAction” plans to provide a highly personalized development experience with lasting results.
Workshops engage leaders in exploring relevant leadership topics in case studies, group coaching, and discussion with participants from other organizations. Individual coaching sessions explore further into the issues most relevant to each participant’s particular situation.

Leadership in Public Safety
A comprehensive development program with proven structure and guidance to help you understand yourself as a leader, set and achieve your goals, and influence your team towards excellence. This six-month program builds clarity and confidence and results in lasting change. Components include workshops with other emergency services professionals, individual leadership coaching, and assessment tools and resources.
- Leadership Assessments – Understand your personal style and how others perceive you.
- Peer-Based Learning – Engage with a small, closed cohort of public safety leaders.
- Individual Coaching – Leadership coaching geared to public safety professionals.
- Practical Tools – Apply relevant, proven approaches to communication, conflict, performance management, decision-making, and more.
- DPSST Eligible – 21 credit hours. Certificate of Completion.
Each participant will customize their experience through personal goals, scenarios from their own experience, individual coaching sessions, and selection of tools relevant to their situation.
